The Design Process
See your vision coming to light! After the consultation we will begin our custom design based on your budget and style. A formal proposal will be presented to the client along with an electronic proof and timeline for completion. When the proposal is accepted, a deposit will be required. Orders will not be processed without a deposit and signed Client Service Agreement. The initial design process can take up to 10-21 business days. During this time, if the client would like a physical proof additional charges will be incurred. Our physical proofs are an indication of print and material quality only. Colors shown in the images displayed on our website and electronic proofs may vary slightly from the colors on the final printed product. This is because colors displayed in screen resolution and in print will be slightly different. We work to show all products and colors as accurately as possible, however we encourage clients to order physical proofs. This ensures that you are 100% happy before your final print. It is imperative that the client pay close attention to the proof supplied. It is not the responsibility of Naomi Paperworks to identify any errors. Approval must be submitted in writing prior to going to final print. If errors are caught after approval has been given, an additional fee will be incurred.
Finally! Once everything has been approved we can move to the final print process. The timeline provided and on time pre-arranged payments ensures that your product will be there when you need it. Now, you can finally set the tone for your event/business!
